These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Altreonix website at altreonix.com ("the Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the website only. If you engage Altreonix for services, that relationship is governed by a separate Client Services Agreement signed before work begins.

2. What the Site Is

The Site is informational. It describes the services Altreonix offers, displays portfolio work, and provides a way to get in touch.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services. Pricing described or referenced on the Site is indicative and subject to change. A binding engagement only exists when both parties have signed a Client Services Agreement and a deposit has been received.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, design, layout, logos, graphics, case studies, images, and code — is owned by Altreonix or used with permission from the respective rights holders. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Site without prior written permission
• Use Altreonix's name, logo, or brand assets for any purpose without prior written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Site
• Frame, mirror, or embed any part of the Site on another website

Portfolio case studies displayed on the Site may include work created for clients. Altreonix retains the right to display this work for portfolio and promotional purposes as agreed with each client. The underlying brands, names, and trademarks shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, including the contact form, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam content through any form on the Site
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or infrastructure
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to block access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

5. Contact Form and Communications

Information submitted through the contact form is used to assess project fit and respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or obligate either party.

This governing law clause applies to the use of this website only. Client engagements may specify different governing law terms in the Client Services Agreement.
