When you visit our website, we may collect basic usage data such as pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. If we add analytics tools to the site in future, this policy applies to the data they collect.
If we contact you through a cold outreach email, we may have obtained your business contact information from publicly available sources or business data platforms. You can opt out of further communications at any time by replying to the email or using the unsubscribe link.

- Email sequencing tools (such as Instantly.ai) for outreach
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) for website and project hosting
- Freelance designers who work on your project — they receive project briefs and feedback only, never your direct contact information
We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
5. Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality, such as storing your light/dark mode preference. If we introduce analytics or tracking cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide a way for you to manage your preferences before those cookies are activated.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected. Project records and payment invoices are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal purposes. Contact form submissions and general correspondence are retained for a reasonable period and deleted when no longer relevant.
If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons. In that case, we will let you know what is being retained and why.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted email communication, secure hosting on AWS, and payment processing handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers. Access to client project data is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we handle your information with care.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
