Altreonix exists because good designers shouldn't need to also be good project managers, and clients shouldn't have to hope their project stays on track. We pair skilled independent designers with a structured engagement model that defines what gets delivered, when, and for how much before work begins.
The result is simple: the designer focuses on the work. The client knows what to expect. Nobody is guessing.
How This Works
Every engagement follows the same structure. Scope is defined before signing. Deliverables are listed, not implied. Timelines are fixed. Revision rounds are capped at two per phase, not because we are rigid, but because constraints force better decisions from everyone involved.
We work async by default. Communication happens in writing, feedback is consolidated, and every presentation includes a recorded walkthrough explaining the rationale behind every decision. No standing meetings. No status calls unless something genuinely requires one.
This isn't for every client, and that's the point. It works for people who would rather know exactly what they are getting than leave it open-ended and hope for the best.
